On Maui County and the Big Island, a continued land and sea breeze pattern will produce afternoon clouds with spotty showers. Trade winds will gradually build on Thursday and Friday.
We expect southeast winds up to 15 mph with local land and sea breeze conditions. Partly to mostly cloudy skies are forecast with isolated showers mainly in the afternoon and scattered showers mainly for the Puna and Kau districts. Hazy skies are expected. Temperatures up to 82° to 87° and feeling warmer due to the high heat index.
