Keck Observatory will host an open house event featuring cosmic activities and programs with renowned astronomers and engineers on Sat. Nov. 11, 2017 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

There will be dozens of science-rich, interactive booths such as:

  • Snap a picture I.D. of yourself in infrared
  • Treat your tastebuds to sub zero ice cream made with liquid nitrogen
  • Learn how to solder your very own flasher pin
  • Enjoy food for purchase, giveaways, prizes, and more!

Attendees will also be able to attend presentations for all ages that highlight the very latest Keck Observatory research, technology and ground-breaking science.

Free parking will be available.
