The County of Hawai’i’s Department of Water Supply announced two new ways to pay water bills without any fees.

Starting Oct. 26, customers may pay online or by phone using a debit and/or credit card or by e-check:

1. Visit online and follow the “Water Bill” link, or
2. Call toll free (844) 216-1994.

The DWS says payments will be reflected on the account after the transaction has been accepted. There is a $500 limit per transaction for credit and debit card payments and a $10,000 limit per transaction for e-check payments (US financial institutions only).

Returned payments will be subject to fees.

Customers will still be able to pay their bills by mail, in person, or by automatic bill payment.
