APPREHENDED: Kona Man Wanted for Questioning on Sexual Assault Case

The Hawaiʻi Police Department would like to thank the public for providing information, tips, and assistance that lead to the apprehension of Ian Andrew Parker.
The Hawai‘i Police Department, Area 2, Special Enforcement Unit apprehended Parker in the Captain Cook area.
The Area 2 Juvenile Aid Section Detectives are continuing the investigation.
The cooperative effort and diligence of the officers assigned to the investigation and countless tips from the public lead to the successful apprehension.
This information was provided by the authorities. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
