New Finance Factors Loan Center Opens in Hilo

Loan services company Finance Factors has opened a newly relocated branch in Hilo. The new center is located at 605 Laukapu Street at the intersection of Kekuanaoa Street.

Opened to the public on Sept. 11, the new location will continue providing services for customers of the previous branch located on Kilauea Avenue in Hilo.

“As Finance Factors continues to grow, we are committed to continuously providing exceptional customer experiences in all of our branches throughout the state,” said Steven Teruya, president and COO of Finance Factors.

“We are thrilled to continue to serve our Hilo community with this brand new location,” said Helen Fuentes, customer service representative of the Hilo branch. “We welcome customers, old and new, to enjoy the convenience of our new branch and experience the quality service of our staff.”

To celebrate its new space, Finance Factors will offer special deposit promotions and a chance to win one of ten $100 prizes during a grand opening celebration period from Sept.18 to Oct.13, 2017.

The new Finance Factors Center is also home to Finance Insurance, and has room for two additional tenants. Construction of the building started in May 2016 and was purchased by Finance Factors in December 2014. The company has completed similar projects in the Liliha, Mānoa and Kaimuki neighborhoods on Oʻahu.

Founded by several island families in 1952, Finance Factors is a locally owned depository financial services loan company. It currently owns and operates 13 branches in the state of Hawaiʻi, including on Maui, Kauaʻi, Oʻahu and Hawaiʻi Island.
