The Hawaiian Queen Coffee Garden will host a World Peace Marriage Rededication Ceremony in conjunction with the United Nations International Day of Peace on Friday, Sept. 22 at 6 p.m.

“The ceremony is an affirmation of marriage as transformative and sacred, as the wellspring of love for children and grandchildren, as the source of a healthy society and a building block for world peace,”  said ceremony officiator Rev. Chuck Frumin.

Open to married couples wishing to renew their marriage while promoting world peace, the event welcomes guests and children of participating couples. The marriage reaffirmation is sponsored by the Kona Family Church, a branch of the Family Federation for World Peace.
