North Hawai‘i Community Hospital’s clinical dietitian is available to speak to community schools, support groups, churches and clubs about healthy eating and meal planning. Sessions usually last 30-45 minutes and can include a food tasting if desired.

Topics include: Nutrition 101,healthy eating on a limited budget, cancer nutrition, family nutrition, healthy snacks, reading food labels, food safety, mindful eating, and other topics by request.
