Hawai‘i Community College (Hawai’i CC) is hosting a free car show for the public on Saturday, July 15, featuring celebrity automotive painter and fabricator, Charley Hutton. The Auto Body Repair & Painting Car Show will be at Hawai’i CC’s Manono campus in Hilo from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

During the week before the show, Hutton will be teaching special workshops for Hawai‘i CC students in the Auto Body Repair & Painting Program (ABRP) and local auto industry professionals.

“We are honored Charley will visit us,” said ABRP instructor and alumnus of the program, Garrett Fujioka. “This is an exciting opportunity for our students to learn from one of the best in the business. We are also thrilled to be hosting this car show, which will hopefully become an annual Hawai‘i CC tradition that helps inspire the next generation of local auto body repair and painting experts.”
