Uncle Willie K is a Grammy nominated and Nā Hōkū Hanohano award winning artist, he will play a little country with a little bit of Rock-n-Roll during his concert. It will be his first concert since the hotel completed an extensive $30-million renovation and rebranding in 2016.

As part of the renovation, The Crown Room, renamed after Willie K himself, has been fully restored and will serve as a local venue in Hilo for entertainment.

In 2017, the Crown Room will present an exciting line-up of entertainment, events and concerts for locals and visitors to enjoy.

Hilo’s own Bending Elbows, a string band ensemble specializing in traditional country, Americana and bluegrass will open for Uncle Willie K on Friday night.
