Looking Ahead
The weather will be controlled by a light wind pattern with daytime sea breezes and nighttime land breezes taking hold. This pattern is expected through Saturday. Trades should begin filling back in on Sunday with a return to trade wind weather and strengthen to moderate and locally breezy levels through much of next week. A period of wet trades with more frequent showers is possible during the middle part of next week, as remnants of a front push through the islands.

Mostly sunny skies in the morning with building clouds in the afternoon and a scattered showers for the Kona side. Partly cloudy with scattered showers for windward spots. Hazy skies are expected for the Kona side.
