Looking Ahead
Breezy trade winds are expected to weaken Thursday through Saturday as a weak cold front nears the state. Winds are expected to pick back early next week. The airmass will remain fairly stable which will limit the extent of trade wind showers or afternoon leeward showers.
Today
We expect northeast winds up to 15 mph with local sea breezes developing in the afternoon for the Kona side. High temperatures are forecast from 81° to 86°. Partly cloudy skies with a chance of showers for windward spots in the morning. For the Kona side, sunshine in the morning with building clouds in the afternoon and a chance of showers during that time. Hazy skies are expected as well.

Northeast winds are forecast up to 15 mph with local land breezes. Partly cloudy skies with a chance of showers for windward spots and clearing for the Kona side as the night goes on. Low temperatures from 68° to 73°.
