Robbie Clyde Weeks II, 48, of Hilo, passed away on April 28, 2017. He was born on Feb. 28, 1969, in Muskogee, Okla. Robbie was a Maintenance Mechanic.

Patricia Collins, 90, of Hilo, formerly of Incline Village, Nev passed away on April 28, 2017. She was born on March 23, 1927, in Superior, Nebraska. She grew up in Fillmore, California and graduated from UCSF. She was married for 63 years to Rev. Dr. Asa Collins until he passed away in 2014.

Patricia was a retired Registered Nurse. She worked at San Jose hospital until her retirement. She was an active member of Presbyterian churches her entire life. She also belonged to PEO.
Services will be held at Incline Village Community Church on May 20, at 2 p.m. She is survived by her daughters; Elizabeth (James) Dart of Las Vegas, NV, Colleen (Richard) Otani of Hilo, and Janice Collins of Henderson, NV, 10 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, 2 nieces and 2 nephews. Graciano KEHOPU Fernandez, 43, of Hāna, passed away on May 2, 2017 at his home. He was born on May 17, 1973 in Hāna.

Regina Ann Parabicoli passed away on April 29, 2017 at Kula Hospital. She was born May 9, 1929 in Milford, Mass.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Ballard Family Mortuary in Kahului on May 17, 2017 from 5 to 9 p.m. with a prayer service at 7 p.m.
Regina was primarily a homemaker but worked part time as a cashier and in retail sales. She enjoyed crafts and was a great cook and baker specializing in Italian dishes and pastries. Regina’s greatest love was her family and she took great pride in her children and grandchildren.
Regina is survived by her beloved husband of 64 years, Robert E. Parabicoli Sr.; sons Robert (Rene) Parabicoli Jr., Steven (Diane) Parabicoli; daughter, Lynne (Irvin) Delatori; 3 grandsons, Anthony Parabicoli, Randall Parabicoli, Christian Delatori and sister, Rosalie (Ronald) Parabicoli. She is predeceased by her parents, Antonio and Lena DeSantis and sisters, Mary Franks and Arlene Criasia.

Kim Joseph Yip Chow, 60 of Wailuku passed away on April 28, 2017 at Maui Memorial Hospital. He was born on Dec. 5, 1956 in Honolulu.
He was a 1st Class Irrigation Mechanic for Mākena Beach and Golf Club for 34 years.
Visitations will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at Puuone Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses located at 800 Onehee Street in Kahului from 4 to 5 p.m. A Bible talk will begin at 5 p.m.
Kim is survived by his wife (“Aunty Lani”) Evelyn Aulani Yip Chow; daughter, Crystal Sniffen; son in law, Matthew Sniffen; granddaughter, Sarah-Leiohu; grandson, Levi-Joseph; sisters, Adeline and Gwen Yip Chow and many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by parents Harry and Adeline Yip Chow.

Mihna Charley, 68, of Kīhei, passed away on April 26, 2017 at Kaiser Permanente Moanalua Medical Center. She was born in Pohnpei, Federated States of Micronesia, on June 5, 1948.

William Clifford White, Jr., 52, of Kahului, passed away on April 22, 2017 in Wailuku. He was born on Nov. 2, 1964 in Honolulu.

Ramona “Bay” Keonaonalaulani Mahalo, 57 of Wailuku passed away on April 22, 2017 at Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born on Nov. 16, 1959 in Wailuku.
Ramona worked for Roberts Hawai‘i.

James “Bud” Tharp, 73, passed peacefully away April 21st at his “shack” in Kula surrounded by loved ones.
James was born February 27, 1944 in Corpus Christie, TX. After graduating high school James headed for Alaska to embrace his adventurous side, an accomplished pilot and hunter, and above all his biggest adventure was taking on five stepchildren as his own.
In the 1980s he moved to Maui and started his own carpentry business where he met most of his closest friends.
James was also a Vietnam War veteran.
He was preceded in death by his parents Willie and Cleo Tharp and his son Scott Haylor and his former wife Jaqueline Watson.
He is survived by his sister Betty (George) Harrison and brother Jim (Teresa) Tharp both of Texas. His sons Rick Haylor, Bill (Gina) Haylor, Brett Haylor and his daughter Jayme Lane. Eleven grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Also very important in his life were Bill Lane and Sue Haylor and great friend Nalani Archibeque.
A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. on June 11, at “the shack” located at 50 Pilikino rd., Kula.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to be made for the care of his beloved animals Nita, Mr. Chu II and Annie.

Patrick Earl Fase, 59, of Wailuku passed away on April 15, 2017. He was born on Nov. 5, 1957, in Hawai‘i.
A celebration of Patrick’s life will begin at 9 a.m. on Saturday, May 13, 2017, at Camp One beach in Spreckelsville.
Patrick enjoyed fishing, hunting, horseback riding and spending time with family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Cecilia Hoopai; brothers, Michael John Fase, Robert Fase; sister, Sandy Smith; and numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
