Looking Ahead
A front is forecast to stall and dissipate north of the islands today with high pressure setting up on Tuesday bringing trade winds back to Hawaii. A disturbance high in the atmosphere is expected to dig northwest of the islands through the second half of the work week.

We have light east-southeast flow this weekend with afternoon sea breezes up to 10 to 20 mph. High temperatures are forecast from 81° to 86° and feeling a bit warmer. Partly sunny skies in the morning with mostly cloudy skies in the afternoon and isolated showers. Volcanic haze could be a problem today.

Tonight
East-southeast winds are forecast around 10 to 15 mph. Mostly cloudy skies are expected for Hawaii County to start, then clearing as the land breeze kicks in. Low temperatures from 68° to 73°.
