The United States Geological Survey’s National Earthquake Information Center has reported a 5.5-magnitude earthquake near the east coast of Honshu, Japan.

The report came in at 2:04 p.m. today, Hawai‘i time.

54 miles SSE (160 degrees) of Mito, Honshu, Japan
59 miles E (92 degrees) of TOKYO, Japan
99 miles S (183 degrees) of Iwaki, Honshu, Japan
