Gusty strong trades will continue through the first half of the week. Clouds and showers are forecast for mainly windward and mauka spots in the morning and overnight hours. The breezy trade winds are expected to carry some of these showers into the leeward sides of the smaller islands too.

Hazy for the Kona side with mostly clear skies in the morning and isolated showers in the afternoon. High temperatures from 78° to 83°. Winds will be east around 15 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.
