Looking Ahead

Breezy trade winds are expected through Thursday. A disturbance high in the atmosphere is forecast to keep conditions unstable through Friday. Wet conditions are expected for windward areas with some showers falling into leeward spots from time to time. Locally heavy rainfall with a slight chance of thunderstorms is forecast from late Thursday through Friday with another disturbance expected to approach from the northwest Friday, then linger west of the state through the weekend. This will usher in a period of southeast winds and wet weather through the weekend and into early next week.
