Hawai‘i Volcanoes National Park reminds drivers to watch out for nēnē entering their breeding/nesting season.

Park officials advise drivers to slow down and watch out for nēnē as they travel to and from their favorite lava-viewing site.

Nēnē pairs are preparing to nest and females are frantically feeding right now, even at night.
