KAPA Hawaiian FM morning personalities Jaz and Ka’ea welcomed Kris Fuchigami to the KAPA Cafe.

Born on the Big Island, Kris started playing the ukulele at the age of 13. At 15, he won the Hamakua Music Scholarship competition. Kris has already released 5 CD’s, and will be releasing his new album soon. The 4th annual Kris Fuchigami Ukulele contest is on November 5th at the Prince Kuhio Plaza, from 11-2pm.
