“Cold Sweat – A Tribute to James Brown,”a benefit for The Food Basket Inc.,will return to Hilo on Friday Oct. 28, from 7 to 10 p.m. at Hilo Town Tavern.
This dance-filled evening will revisit the classic funk music of “The Godfather of Soul,” presented live by a seven-piece band, including a full horn section and featuring Chris Campbell performing as James Brown.
Guests must be 21 or older.
Admission is $10 or $8 with the donation of one or more cans of food for The Food Basket Inc. – Hawai`i Island’s Food Bank.
