KAPA Hawaiian FM morning personalities Jaz and Ka’ea welcomed Larry Kimura to the KAPA Cafe.

Larry Kimura has taught Hawaiian language for over 40 years at the University of Hawaiʻi. He has an M.A. in Hawaiian language and literature and a PhD in Hawaiian and indigenous language and culture revitalization. Larry was the co-founder for Aha Punana Leo, which is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the Hawaiian language community.
