Michael “Mike” Fujimoto has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Parker Ranch Inc.

He will replace E. Kyle Datta, who is leaving the board after four years of service.

“We are very grateful for Kyle’s contribution, especially in connection with assisting in the development of our local beef strategy and the creation of Paniolo Cattle Company, now one of the largest grass-fed beef operations in the US,” said Parker Ranch President and CEO Dutch Kuyper.

Datta is a founding partner of Ulupono Initiative, which invests in making Hawai‘i more sustainable.

Fujimoto is the chairman and CEO of HPM Building Supply. HPM has a 95-year history of building in Hawai‘i and employs over 300 workers in five locations on the Big Island, one on O‘ahu, and two on Kaua‘i.
