Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel is gearing up for its 5th Annual Festival of Aloha, a free, all-day, family-friendly festival on Sunday, Aug. 28, from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Hotel guests, visitors and residents are invited to enjoy this event, which is presented by Mauna Kea Resort.

The festival will feature live Hawaiian music from multi-Nā Hōkū Hanohano award-winner Raiatea Helm, along with the Mana‘o Company, Pandanus Club and Ekolu Mea Nui Hula performances.

Guests can browse craft and clothing vendors.

Food booths will feature Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel Executive Chef Peter Abarcar Jr.’s famous Hawaiian plates, which includes huli huli pig, fresh catch poke and haupia, and specialty foods from the chefs of Mauna Kea Beach Hotel.

The Festival of Aloha Royal Court will also make an appearance.

Admission is free; canned food donations are encouraged to support the Hawaii Island Food Basket.
