Join Friends of Lili‘uokalani Gardens in Hilo for a “Gratitude for the Garden” cleanup project on Friday, July 1, 2016, from 8 a.m. until noon.

Volunteers will conduct general cleanup to help Hawai‘i County prepare for the July 4 weekend.

The next event at the gardens is the Fukushima Kenjinkai Tanabata Festival on Saturday, July 9, so that area will be raked on Friday as well.
