UPDATE: Sister Charged With Murder of Her Twin

Judge Blaine Kobayashi said evidence presented during yesterday’s preliminary hearing failed to support a finding of probable cause.
The murder charge was dropped and the defendant was released.
Alexandria Duval, 37, (also known as Allison Dadow) had been charged with second degree murder in the death of her twin sister, Anastasia Duval (also known as Ann Dadow).

Alexandria Duval was placed under arrest on Maui and subsequently charged with Murder in the Second Degree on Friday, June 3, 2016, at about 9:50 a.m.,
She is being held without bail.
Duval is suspected of being the driver involved in a single-car crash which resulted in the death of her sister, Anastasia Duval, a passenger in the vehicle.
The fatal crash occurred on Sunday, May 29, 2016. The vehicle left the roadway and went over a cliff on Hāna Highway in Hāna, Maui.
Investigation has been referred to the prosecutor’s office.
