Through May 8, Mokulele Airlines is offering teachers a special discount fare in honor of teacher appreciation.
Teachers can book flights for travel through June 25 and receive 25 percent off at all nine airports Mokulele serves throughout the state.
“We are a local, family-owned and operated airline,” said Ron Hansen, Chief Executive Officer of Mokulele Airlines, “I’m proud to count 7 kids, 15 grandkids, and 8 great grandkids and 2 dogs as part of my family, so I understand how important education is, and I want to do everything we can to support our teachers and the community.”

Teachers interested in the discount should contact the Hawai’i State Teachers Association for the booking code, which can then be used to book a flight online.
“We hope that this discount can help teachers enjoy a well-deserved summer holiday,” said Hansen. “Big mahalos from everyone at team Mokulele for everything you do for our keiki.”
Mokulele Airlines operates over 120 daily flights from 9 airports, including the Kona International Airport and Waimea Airport on the Big Island.
