Thieves Break in to County Facility, Remove Buckets of Cash
The public’s assistance is being sought by authorities after a break-in at a county facility on Lanikaula Street occurred over the weekend.
According to the Hawai’i Police Department, the break-in took place sometime between late Friday evening and early Saturday afternoon at a facility on the 600 block of Lanikaula Street.
A total of three white five-gallon buckets that had coins and paper money and paper bus pass tickets were taken.
