For the first time, fans of Kolten Wong and the St. Louis Cardinals will have a regular home on the radio dial for games all season long.

The St. Louis Cardinals and Pacific Media Group’s KHLO-AM and KKON-AM (branded as The Big Island’s ESPN Radio) have partnered to present Cardinals baseball games all season long, beginning on Saturday, March 19 with a Spring Training game against the Boston Red Sox.

ESPN Radio will present nearly 150 Spring Training and regular season games all season long, featuring the Cardinals and Wong, a Hilo native who is a regular at second base for St. Louis. Wong recently signed a five-year contract extension with the club, keeping him in St. Louis for the foreseeable future.

“Aloha,” said Anne Carroll, Cardinals Radio Network coordinator. “We are thrilled to bring Cardinals baseball to the Cardinals fans and the Kolten Wong fans in Hawai’i!”

KMOX AM 1120 serves as the flagship radio station for the Cardinals Radio Network in St. Louis. In all, there are over 110 CRN affiliates across the country.
