HPD Community Satisfaction Survey Remains Open

The Hawai’i Police Department’s Community Satisfaction Survey remains open.

Members of the public can take the anonymous survey throughout the month of March.

Both multiple choice questions and an place for individual comments are included in the survey.

HPD says that Chief Harry Kubojiri reads each of the comments personally and encourages the public to be specific in their feedback, which will provide the department with the ability to respond to the needs of the community.

Through the comparison of yearly test results, HPD is able to gauge where improvement has been made and where it can further improve.

The public has until 4 p.m. on Thursday, March 31 to take the five-minute survey. Only one survey can be taken per computer.

According to HPD, the survey is completely anonymous and no IP addresses will be stored in the survey results. In addition, the responses are both collected and compiled by an outside source.
