KAPA Hawaiian FM morning personalities Jaz and Ka’ea welcomed the lead characters of Kamehameha Schools “Ha’upu” to the KAPA Cafe.

“Ha’upu” will be Kamehameha Schools third Hawaiian language opera, part of their annual Ho’ike series. It is based on the legend of Hina and her son Kana. Kamehameha’s Ho’ike is an all-school production series telling stories through song and dance. “Ha’upu” will also be premiering at the Festival Fringe in Scotland in August 2016.
