Pu’uhonua o Honaunau NHP Now Fully Open

The entire Pu’uhonua o Honaunau National Historical Park is now open.

Portions of the park, including the Pu’uhonua and picnic areas, were closed as high surf impacted the shoreline causing damage last week and into this week.

National Park Service is urging visitors to the park to use extreme caution along the shoreline.
