The Kona-Kohala Chamber of Commerce’s 11th annual Building & Design Expo is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 12 through Sunday, Feb. 14 at the Sheraton Kona Resort at Keauhou Bay’s Kaleipapa Convention Center.
Celebrity Chef Sam Choy will be a featured guest at the event and will conduct a live cooking demonstration and book signing, along with a feature of his newest kitchen accessory line.
More than 40 vendor booths will exhibit their goods and services during the three-day event. Vendors from general contracting and materials to home design and décor will fill the convention center.

On Saturday, Chef Choy, who is known for his Hawaiian cuisine will feature his newest kitchen accessory line and conduct a book signing, followed by a cooking demonstration on Sunday.
The expo is free to the public and will run from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday; and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday.
