Identities of Stolen Credit Card Users Sought

The identity of one or more individuals who were captured on surveillance cameras in connection to using stolen credit cards are being sought by the Hawai’i Police Department.

A laptop and various credit cards were stolen from the 75-6000 block of Ali’i Drive in Kailua-Kona on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Authorities say the credit cards were later used at various Kona locations, including some with surveillance cameras.

Anyone who knows the identity of the individual pictured should call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311, or contact Detective Carrie Akina by calling 326-4646, extension 277, or e-mailing [email protected].

Those who prefer to remain anonymous should call the Big Island Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300.
