Authorities Seek Wanted Hilo Woman

Forty-five-year-old Melody K. Familar is being sought by the Hawai’i Police Department on an outstanding bench warrant.
The Hilo woman is wanted for violating probation and for questioning in connection with other investigations.
Familar is described as 5-foot-8 and 130 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair.

Anyone with information regarding Familiar’s whereabouts should call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.
Those who prefer to remain anonymous should call the Big Island Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300.
