Kailua-Kona Library will be the site of the next Friends of the Libraries Kona book sale.

The sale will be on Saturday, Nov. 14 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the lanai of the library.

Money raised through the sale provides necessary items for libraries in Kona, including the funding of educational and entertainment programs, summer reading programs, visiting authors, magazine subscriptions, CD’s, DVD’s, and new book purchases.

FOLK volunteers at the Kailua-Kona Library on Tuesdays and Thursday mornings will accept donations.
