Looking Ahead
Winds are forecast to be light through Tuesday morning with scattered showers mainly over the center of the state. A weak front is expected to move down the island chain late Tuesday and into Wednesday with northerly trade winds following in its wake. Showers will then shift mainly to windward and mauka areas. Slightly cooler weather is also expected behind the front.
Today
Today we expect partly sunny skies and scattered showers for windward spots. The Kona side is forecast to start out mostly sunny with clouds building in the afternoon and isolated showers. High temperatures from 84° to 89°. Variable winds are forecast up to 15 mph.

Tonight
Variable winds are expected in the evening up to 15 mph. Low temperatures from 72° to 77°. Mostly cloudy skies are expected in the evening with scattered showers for windward spots and isolated showers for leeward areas.
