KAPA Hawaiian FM morning personalities Jaz and Ka’ea welcomed Kawena Mechler to the KAPA Cafe.
Kawena is a professional hula dancer that has performed around the world with Hawaii’s top artists, such as Robert Cazimero, Keale, Brother Noland, and Ledward Kaapana. Her company, Kahiapo Talent, helps promote and book local talented artists and dancers. Kawena started writing music to express herself and her debut CD Salty Kisses was nominated for 2 Na Hoku Hanohano Awards.
