Diners will enjoy a variety of foods at discounted prices as part of the Kailua Village Business Improvement District’s month-long “Kau Kau Kailua.”
Throughout the month of September, more than 20 restaurants will offer special value coupons at the Historic Kailua Village website. The coupons will provide special values and offerings at a diverse variety of eateries, like percentage off, buy-one-get-one, and other promotional offers that offer dining upgrades and free menu items with purchase.
Kau Kau Kailua will last throughout the month of September and include popular restaurants including Frenchman’s Café, Fresh Off Da Boat, Genki Shabu Shabu, Happy Buddah Juice Bar, He’e Restaurant, Honu’s on the Beach Restaurant, Huggo’s, Huggo’s on the Rocks, Humpy’s Big Island Alehouse, Island Lava Java, Kona Brewing Company, Kona Coffee Lounge, Kona Ice of Hawai’i County, Laverne’s Sports Bar, One Aloha Shave Ice Co., Panda Express, Patricio’s Mexican Taqueria, Splashers Grill, Subway, Taco Del Mar, and The Fish Hopper Seafood & Steaks.
“Kau Kau Kailua encourages kamaaina and visitors to dine out in Historic Kailua Village and take advantage of special values throughout September,” explained KVBID President Riley Smith. “September is a slower, shoulder season for visitors and visitor-related businesses. KVBID’s Marketing Committee develops and promotes Kau Kau Kailua as an opportunity to increase restaurant vibrancy.”
