The University of Hawai’i at Hilo is hosting a food tasting event on Wednesday, Aug. 26. to showcase the facility’s latest food vendors.
This year students will have four new food options to choose from, including Island Naturals, Hilo Rice Noodle Soup, Sky Garden Express, and WikiFresh.
Island Naturals at the Library Lanai will open from 7:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. daily, serving deli and bakery items.
Hilo Rice Noodle Soup by the Pool will feature restaurant favorites at the Student Life Center, Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Sky Garden Express, at the Campus Center Plaza (behind the Lava Landing), will open for business Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
WikiFresh, located between the Covered Plaza and the University Classroom Building will serve healthy, fresh, tropical fusion wraps and bowls. Hours of operation are 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. on weekdays, except Tuesday; and Tuesday evening from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
