Armed Waikoloa Man Arrested in Kona

A Waikoloa man was arrested Wednesday morning after a 10:47 a.m. report of an individual chasing a woman in front of the Macy’s department store in Kona with a firearm in possession.
Officers responding to the incident found 30-year-old Andrew Blake Green and arrested him on suspicion of terroristic threatening and on 12 counts of violating a protective order, according to Chris Loos, Hawai’i Police Department’s Public Information Specialist.
Loos says Green was released at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, pending further investigation.
