KAPA Hawaiian FM morning personalities Jaz and Ka’ea welcomed members of the band Greenwood a popular group during the 70’s around Hawai’i night spots.

From 19721981, Greenwood hit the stage with popular entertainers like Jimmy Borges, Tony Compton, and others, playing tunes that were the soundtrack of the nightclub scene. They revived those memories in 2005 by putting together the 70’s Nightclub Reunion, which lasted eight years and 10 different shows.

Most recently, the band completed work on its album, “Lost in Paradise,” which was recorded at the RendezVous recording studio of Pierre Grill, a Na Hoku Hanohano award winner.
