Convoys of Oahu-based service members are scheduled to travel the roads between Pohakuloa Training Area and Kawaihae Harbor on Wednesday, June 10 and June 12-16 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. on each scheduled day.

United States Army-Garrison Hawai’i officials announced the convoys, in addition to the scheduled convoys traveling between Pohakuloa Training Area and Keaukaha Military Reservation in Hilo on June 10.

Roads used during the convoys include Daniel K. Inouye Highway, Mamalahoa Highway, Waikoloa Road, Queen Kaahumanu Highway and Akoni Pule Corridor.

Local authorities, military units, and the PTA Department of Army police are working together closely to coordinate the activity in support of unit training.
