Kona Town Night Market Supports Local Art
From food and music to a car and a fashion show, Kona Town Night Market is bracing for a night of fun and excitement for the entire family.
Fathers & Fenders – a night Fit for a King, is the theme of this month’s night market, an event hosted by the Kona Brewing Company & The Brewery Block.
On June 6, the free community, family-friendly event will held from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.
This month’s event will feature local crafters, entrepreneurs, and artists acting as a gathering place for local businesses and non-profits to share their works with the Kona community.
Attendees over the age of 21 can visit the Kona Brewing Co. beer garden as they listen to live music or catch a glimpse of Fused Hawai’i Botique’s models walking down the runway.
A vendor marketplace, food, interactive demonstrations, and even a “decades” themed photo-booth are also on the schedule.
For those interested in cars, Served in Hawai’i, a local car club, will be in attendance with a unique car show planned during the event.
Proceeds from the June 6 Kona Night Market will benefit the Donkey Mill Art Center, the home of Holualoa Foundation for Arts & Culture, a non-profit organization that provides art education for adults and youth at the center.
