Hawai’i Police Department officials say a temporary one-way traffic pattern will take place on Saturday, May 30 as the Ironman 70.3 Hawai’i takes place.
The traffic pattern will affect Old Puakō Road in South Kohala between 4:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Authorities say traffic will only flow in the south direction towards Kona between the entrance to Hapuna Beach State Park and the entrance of Waialea Bay, known as “69 Beach.”
