Sip and Savor at the Third Annual Hilo Brewfest

Hilo will see its largest beer tasting event yet on Saturday, June 13 when the 3rd Annual Hilo Brewfest kicks off at the Wainaku Executive Center lawn.

The charity event, scheduled from 2 – 6 p.m., will feature a variety of domestic, import, and local brews for aficionados to sip and savor along with food offerings from some of the island’s best chefs.  Join in for the great food, drinks, as well as live music to support a worthy cause.

Local breweries will include Hawai`i Nui, Kona Brewing Co., Mehana, Big Island Brewhaus, and Maui Brewing Company.  Participating restaurants will include Hilo Rice Noodle Soup Restaurant, Cronies, Kanpai Noodles and Sake, Aloha Mondays, Hilo Burger Joint, Akmal Foods & Suraya’s Indian Kitchen, Liko Lehua Hawaiian Food, Big Island Booch Kombucha, Pepsi, Pineapples, and Hilo Town Tavern.

Ticket are available online and general admission is $50.  VIP tickets have sold out.  Guests must be 21 years old to attend and require a photo I.D.

The event is being presented by the Hilo Rotary Club Foundation.
