HPD: Suspect Sought in Waikoloa Burglary

A surveillance image from a Waikoloa burglary that occurred in February has the Hawai’i Police Department searching for the suspect’s identity.

Police say an individual entered a home on the 68-3500 block of Makuahine Street on Feb. 2 and removed two cell phones. The phones has a combined value of $900.

Anyone who may have information about the identity of the suspect is asked to contact Detective Sandor Finkey at 326-4646, extension 281, or by e-mail at sandor.finkey@hawaiicounty.gov.

Individuals who prefer to remain anonymous should call the Big Island Crime Stoppers number at 961-8300.
