Hilo side: Surf heights expected around waist high or less.

Kona side: South southwest swell should bring chest to head high surf at well exposed breaks.
South: Surf heights expected to be shoulder-head high at exposed breaks.
Keep in mind surf heights are measured on the face of the wave from trough to crest. Heights vary from beach to beach, and at the same beach, from break to break.
