Road Resurfacing in North Hawai’i Begins

A road resurfacing project along Kynnersley Road, between Hawai Road and Kaauhuhu Road, began Thursday morning.

The Highway Maintenance Division project will resurface 1400-feet of roadway on March 19, 20, and 23 between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

During the road work, alternate lane closures will be in effect and delays should be anticipated.

All roadwork is weather permitting.
