Fire Department Battling Ahualoa Brush Fire

Hawai’i Police Department officials say that a brush fire in the Ahualoa area is being attended to by the Hawai’i County Fire Department.

Old Mamalahoa Highway is closed to one-lane traffic as fire personnel are on the road in the 45-300 block.

Motorists in the area are advised to use caution and remain alert.
