Puna Man Sought in Abuse and Reckless Driving Cases

A 21-year-old man is being sought after by the Hawai’i Police Department for reckless driving and abuse of family/household member, as well as questioning in unrelated criminal investigations.

HPD asks for the public’s help in locating Isaac Rosa, who is described as 5-foot-2 and110 pounds with brown eyes and short brown hair.

Rosa is believed to live in Puna, but frequents the Hilo area. He was last seen driving an older model, white Toyota Tercel.

Anyone who has information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.

Individuals who prefer to remain anonymous can call the Big Island Crime Stoppers hotline at 961-8300.
