Missing Hilo Man Located

The Hawai’i Police Department has located a 57-year-old Hilo man that was previously reported missing.

Sandy Phaylim was found unharmed Monday night in Hilo. A missing person notification was sent earlier in the day, saying that he was last seen that morning at his Hilo home.
